High-Performance Surface Transformations

Finishes & Dipping Services

From high-reflectivity HydroChrome to automated robotic wheel dipping and custom carbon fibre weaves. Here is how we transform your automotive, motorcycle, marine, and 3D printed parts.

Flagship Reflective Process

HydroChrome Reflective Coating

HydroChrome creates a highly reflective, mirror chrome-style finish that can be applied to a wide range of suitably prepared surfaces and substrates — including parts that cannot be traditionally electroplated.

Automotive Applications:

Corvette Engine & Intake Covers

Holden Commodore Front Grilles

Mirror Covers, Badges & Emblems

Center Consoles & Interior Trim

Non-Automotive & 3D Printed:

Custom 3D Printed Badges & Trims

Motorcycle Fairings & Helmets

Display Pieces, Props & Sculptures

Automated Precision Arm

Robotic Arm Dipping for Alloy Wheels

Alloy wheels are among the most challenging items to hydro-dip by hand due to their complex curvature and spoke depth. We utilize custom-programmed robotic dipping arms to dip wheels at a steady, perfectly angled rate.

  • Zero Stretch Artifacts: Constant robotic immersion speed prevents pattern distortion across deep dished rims.
  • Carbon & Graphic Patterns: Choose from weave styles, brushed metals, skulls, or custom graphic prints.
  • Heavy-Duty Clear Protection: Sealed with high-solid automotive clear coat to resist brake dust and road debris.
Our Proprietary Process

Powder-Coated Hydrographics

We developed a process that swaps liquid paints for powder coating at both ends of the dip — a baked powder base coat under the film and a baked powder clear coat over it. Because powder coating is oven-cured, this process is for metal parts only — plastics can't go through the bake. The result is a high-impact, chip-resistant hydrographic finish built for metal items that get knocked around, dragged and dropped. The same prints and patterns you love, sealed under a tough powder shell.

  • Powder Base Coat: A baked powder colour under the film instead of liquid paint — harder, more chip-resistant and better adhesion.
  • Powder Clear Coat: A baked powder clear over the film for serious impact, abrasion and chemical resistance — far tougher than a standard 2K clear.
  • Built to Be Bumped: Ideal for hand tools, spanners, sockets, metal toolboxes, bull bars, ute trays, off-road gear and work-site items that take a beating.
  • Brand Your Gear: We can lay your company logo or emblem into a custom film — so tradies' tools are tough, identifiable and stop walking off site.
  • Any Print, Powder-Sealed: Carbon fibre, camo, woodgrain and metal films — all available over a powder base, finished in Matte, Satin or Gloss.
